bone. You as a soul existed long before
this incarnation and beyond the confines
of the physical dimension and you will
continue to exist long after the body
has returned to the earth. The body
without the soul is but an empty shell
whereas the soul without the body
remains whole and infinite.
Therefore, do not fear the idea of
releasing identification with the body.
This does not mean to abandon or disdain
it, but rather to honor it as the sacred
tool that it
is. When you recognize that I am a
divine soul using my body as an
instrument of love and service, you
achieve a beautiful balance. In this
balance, your human form becomes sused
with light from your soul. Indeed, as
you awaken to your identity as pure
consciousness, your light body, the
subtle energy form of your being, is
